1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using Omni Clean's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Omni Clean provides residential cleaning services in Houston, Texas. Services, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Omni Clean.
• Payment is charged after the service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices listed on our website are starting prices; final pricing depends on home size and selected extras.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled clean: no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: a cancellation fee may apply.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area of your clean, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

6. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled appointment time. Omni Clean is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessibility.

7. Liability Limitation

Omni Clean is fully insured. In the event of accidental damage, we must be notified within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a reasonable value.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related and promotional text messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
